Job Description 岗位职责

1. 全球遗传服务Global genetic services（50%）

-与 Nucleus 及集团创新团队密切合作，推进与遗传发展相关的项目，确保新技术在我们中国的 GGP（曾祖代）猪场中得到及时采纳与应用。Work closely with Nucleus and Group Innovation Team onprojects related to genetic development, ensuring the timely adoption andapplication of new technologies in our Chinese GGP farms

-与集团创新团队协同，参与在中国开展的跨部门研发项目。Colaborate with the Group Innovation Team andparticipate in transversal R&D Projects in China

-与 Cooperl 的战略合作伙伴共同开发并实施育种计划，根据需要设计适合中国市场的全新育种目标。Develop and implement breeding programs with Cooperlstrategic partners, design new breeding objectives tailored to the Chinesemarket as needed.

-与法国遗传专家及客户的遗传团队合作，对育种计划进行科学规划。Collaborate with French genetic experts and clientgenetic teams to scientifically plan breeding programs

2. 研发工作R&D（30%）

-建立并维护与内部及外部合作伙伴（包括研究机构、大学等）的合作关系。Establish and maintain collaboration with internal andexternal partners including research institutions, universities.

-保持敏锐的科学与技术洞察，以识别颠覆性创新：紧跟动物选育与遗传领域的最新科技进展，就相关话题与 Nucléus 遗传专家交流想法，并为总部提供建议。Ensure active scientific and technological watch toidentify disruptive innovations: Stay informed about technological andscientific advances in the field of selection, exchange views with Nucléusgenetics experts on these topics, and advise headquarters.

-与公共研究机构（如法国国家农业食品与环境研究院 INRAE、各大学）以及国内外私营合作伙伴建立战略伙伴关系。Develop strategic partnerships with public researchinstitutes (INRAE, universities) and national and international privatepartners.

-担任与中国基因组检测实验室的联络人。Serve as the liaison with genomic testing laboratoriesin China.

-监督与管理本地研发项目。Monitoring and management of local R&D projects

3. 销售支持、代表与品牌推广Sales, representation, and sales support（20%）

-培训销售团队和服务技术人员，确保其充分理解 Nucleus 的产品和育种计划。Train sales teams and service technicians to ensure theyfully understand Nucleus’s products and breeding programs.

-提升影响力和代表性：担任 Nucleus 面向学术合作伙伴（如 INRAE 等）和国际机构的科学发言人。Influence and representation: scientific spokespersonfor Nucleus with academic partners (INRAE, etc.) and international bodies.

-通过撰写报告、沟通交流以及在国际会议上（英语/中文）发表演讲来推广科学成果。Promote scientific results through reports,communications, and presentations at international conferences (English /Chinese).

-监测竞品和行业趋势，以保持市场竞争力。Monitor competitors\' products and industry trends tomaintain market competitiveness.

Requirements 岗位要求

-工作经验：拥有至少 5 年的动物遗传相关工作经验（其中包含 2 到 5 年专注于遗传学核心职能的经验）。Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Animal Genetics roleExperience of 2 to 5 years in a genetics-related role.

-战略眼光与结果导向：关注创新对公司和养殖户带来的具体成果。对动物遗传学充满热情，具备创造力，并不断寻求解决方案（技术、流程、工艺、合作伙伴关系），以加速开发满足不同市场需求的产品。Strategic vision and results culture: Focused on theconcrete impact of innovations for the company and farmers. -学历背景：拥有动物遗传学、生物统计学、预测生物学或相关学科的博士学位。PhD in animal genetics, biostatistics, predictivebiology, or related disciplines.

-技术专长：具备将新遗传技术（NGT）整合到选育流程中的知识，并对动物选育与遗传创新有浓厚兴趣。Knowledge of integrating New Genetic Technologies (NGT)into selection processes and marked interest in innovation in animal selectionand genetics.

-数据能力：具备分析大型数据库和进行遗传评估的经验。Experience in analyzing large databases and geneticevaluation.

-软件掌握：熟练使用专业的统计工具和软件（如 BLUPF90、ASReml、MixBLUP、AlphaSimR、PLINK、MoBPs、xBreed 等）。Mastery of specialized statistical tools and software(BLUPF90, ASReml, MixBLUP, AlphaSimR, PLINK, MoBPs, xBreed, etc.).

-编程技能：具备编程能力（如 R、Bash、Python，以及初级 Fortran）并熟悉 Linux 系统。Skills in programming (e.g., R, Bash, Python, beginnerFortran) and Linux systems

-沟通表达：具备撰写科学报告并向不同受众展示成果的成熟能力。Demonstrated ability to write scientific reports andpresent results to varied audiences.

-项目管理：熟练掌握项目管理与管控流程。Mastery of project management and steering.

-团队协同：在跨国（法语，英语，中文）、矩阵式和多学科（营销、销售、生产、财务等）环境中，具备出色的团队合作和沟通能力。Excellent aptitude for teamwork and communication in aninternational (French + English + Chinese), matrix, and multidisciplinaryenvironment (marketing, sales, production, finance, etc.).

-语言要求：必须精通英语。Mastery of English is essential.

-出差要求：能够接受 50% 的时间出差。Ability to travel 50% of the time.

-语言加分：会泰语、越南语或法语者优先。Language proficiency: Thai, Viet, French.

-教学经验：此前有教学或导师经验（善于教学活动推广与引导）。Previous experience in teaching or mentoring(educational promotion and facilitation).

-行业背景：熟悉养猪生产流程。Familiarity with swine production.

-前沿技术：了解预测性人工智能（AI）知识。Knowledge of predictive AI.
