Job Description 岗位职责

Be responsible for the operationsof GGP farm, including production planning, the operating budget, managingvarious administrative tasks, and maintaining relationships with suppliers andcustomers to ensure profitability. 负责GGP农场的运营工作，包括生产计划、运营预算、管理各项行政事务，以及维护与供应商和客户的关系，以确保盈利。

1) Implement the GGP farm strategyand set performance goals for the team. 实施GGP农场战略，并为团队设定绩效目标。

2) Oversee the farm dailyoperation, organize and optimize production, supervise production processes,guarantee operational efficiency and improve productivity. 监督农场的日常运营，组织并优化生产，监管生产流程，确保运营效率并提高生产力。

3) Ensure that staff comply withbiosafety, health, and safety regulations. 确保员工遵守生物安全、健康和安全规定。

4) Propose solutions to problems针对问题提出解决方案。

5) Visit the various sections ofthe farms to conduct inspections and ensure that all established procedurescomply with company standards. 巡视养殖场的各个区域进行检查，确保所有既定程序均符合公司标准。

6) Assist in drafting annualbudgets and monitoring operating costs, prepare and present operational,production, and cost reports to management committee. 协助起草年度预算并监控运营成本，编制并向管理委员会提交运营、生产及成本报告。

7) Oversee the recruitment andtraining of new employees. 监督新员工的招聘和培训工作。

8) Ensure that employees workproductively and have opportunities for professional growth. 确保员工高效工作并获得职业发展机会。

Requirements 岗位要求

1) Bachelor\'s degree or higher inanimal husbandry or a related field/本科或以上学历，畜牧或相关专业

2) Management experience in theagricultural sector, particularly in managing a livestock farm/具备农业领域的管理经验，特别是畜牧场管理经验

3) Knowledge of business processesand functions (production, team management, etc.)/ 熟悉业务流程和职能（生产、团队管理等）

4) Excellent communication skills/出色的沟通能力

5) Strong organizational and teammanagement skills/出色的组织能力和团队管理能力

6) Ability to propose solutions andresolve problems/能够提出解决方案并解决问题

7) Fluency in English, French willbe a plus/英语流利，会法语者优先考虑

8) Study abroad experience orexperience working at a foreign company will be a plus/海外留学经历或外企经历优先
