岗位职责:

1.Develop and optimize in vitro/vivo analytic assays on aquaculture additives and perform lab-scale evaluation according to project requirements.
开发和优化水产添加剂相关体外/体内分析测试方法，并根据项目需求开展实验室评估。
2.Scout and implement new methods and tech routes under minor coaches by scientist or project leader.
在少量的指导下能够查阅并实施新方法和技术路线。
3.Conduct and optimize laboratory experiments and record procedures, observations and results timely and accurately. Analyze and interpret experimental data to supervisor.
进行和优化实验室实验，及时准确地记录程序、观察结果和结果，向主管分析和解释实验数据。
4.Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
解决方法和设备问题并根据需要实施纠正措施。
5.Write technical reports and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
撰写技术报告并向内部团队和外部利益相关者展示结果。
6.Participate in process transfer and scale-up activities to support manufacturing operations.
参与工艺转移和放大活动以支持生产运营。
7.Maintain laboratory cleanliness and biosafety and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
保持实验室清洁和生物安全，确保遵守安全规程和规定。
8.Support the training of new laboratory staff and interns as required.
根据需要支持实验室新员工和实习生的培训。
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1.Master or Bachelor with 3+ years working experience in aquaculture health and nutrition or a related field
水产健康与营养或相关领域的硕士，或者3年以上工作经验的学士
2.3-5 years R&D experiences in aquaculture additives, or aqua health related functional feed additives development are highly preferred
3-5 年水产添加剂研发经验，最好有水产健康相关功能性饲料添加剂开发经验
3.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
能够同时处理多项任务和管理多个项目,能够在团队环境中独立工作和协作
4.Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

5.Strong theoretical and practical understanding of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment related to aquaculture research.

7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simple oral English exchange.

8.Able to design and implement whole experimental innovation tasks independently or under minimum directive guidance
