工作职责:
1. Implement Adisseo China business strategies in monogastric segment,
贯彻执行安迪苏中国在单胃市场的业务战略
2. Achieve KPI in line with Regional business budget
根据区业务预算,确保业务目标的达成。
3. Manage the collection of receivable from regional customers
管理区域客户的回款工作
4. Dealing customers complaints with cross function department
协调其他部门及时地处理客户投诉;
5. Make up annual work plan, including new products popularization and current products sales
完善年度业务计划,包括但不限于新产品的推广和现有产品的销售活动;
6. Timely monthly report and project updated
提交月度销售报告,项目的更新和预测;
7. Collect customer and competitor intelligence and update marketing team
收集客户和竞争对手情报,并分享给市场团队
8. Optimize the customers structure based on Adisseo market strategy
根据公司业务战略优化客户结构;
9. Provide supports to other function department, including system, financial and supply chain relative work.
给其他职能部门提供必要的协调,包括但不限于设备方面、财务方面给以及供应量方面相关工作。
10. Work closely with key account team to manage the key account business at regional level
与大客户团队紧密合作,管理区域层面的大客户业务
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。
12. Ensure that my work activities comply with the company\'s labor discipline /HSE regulations.
确保本人工作活动符合公司劳动纪律/HSE规范要求。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business or related, MBA degree as a plus.
本科及以上学历,动物营养学、化学、生物学、商科或相关专业,MBA学位优先。
2. 3+ years’ working experience in sales, marketing or business development.
3年以上销售、市场或业务拓展工作经验。
3. Strong sales skills and channel management skills to lead KPI achievement.
强大销售和渠道管理能力,保障销售KPI的实现。
4. Capacity to interact with senior management in local management teams.
能够与本地管理团队的高级管理人员互动
5. Good market intelligence and good customers analysis ability.
良好的市场智慧以及良好的客户分析能力
6. Be familiar with the application of popular IT tools in business, e.g. Excel, PPT etc.
