QUALIFICATIONS ANDEXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:

• Educationand major: Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management andaccounting.

学历与专业：本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计相关专业。

• Workexperience: More than 5 years of cost accounting or supply chain financeexperience, with pig breeding or agriculture and animal husbandry industrybackground is preferred.

工作经验：5年以上成本会计或供应链财务经验，有种猪养殖或农牧行业背景者优先。

• Professionalskills: Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (such as UF, Kingdee, SAP,etc.), skilled in using Excel for data analytics (such as pivot table, functionformula). Familiar with cost accounting methods (such as batch method, stepmethod) and biological asset accounting standards.

专业技能：精通ERP系统（如用友、金蝶、SAP等），熟练使用Excel进行数据分析（如数据透视表、函数公式）。熟悉成本核算方法（如分批法、分步法）及生物资产会计准则。

• Businesscapabilities: Possessing a strong understanding of supply chain operations,able to integrate financial data with business scenarios to provide decisionsupport.

业务能力：具备较强的供应链业务理解能力，能够将财务数据与业务场景结合，提供决策支持。

• Certificaterequirements: hold intermediate and above accounting titles, CPA, CMA, CIMA andother qualifications are preferred.

证书要求：持有中级及以上会计职称，CPA、CMA、CIMA等资格者优先。

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:

• Costmanagement: Track single-head breeding costs, material unit consumption, lossabnormalities, carry out cost benchmarking and abnormal analysis, outputimprovement plans, optimize cost allocation rules. Regular cost analysis,identify abnormal fluctuations in costs, and put forward suggestions forreducing costs and increasing efficiency.

成本管理：跟踪单头养殖成本、物料单耗、损耗异常，开展成本对标与异动分析，输出改善方案，优化成本分摊规则。定期进行成本分析，识别成本异常波动，提出降本增效建议。

• Costcontrol and process optimization: Identify the cost control points in thesupply chain and promote process optimization in procurement, warehousing,logistics, etc. Participate in the cost assessment of new projects and providefinancial feasibility analysis.

成本控制与流程优化：识别供应链环节的成本控制点，推动采购、仓储、物流等环节的流程优化。参与新项目的成本评估，提供财务可行性分析。

• Procurement businessfinancial control: participate in the comparison, bargaining, and pricingreview of raw materials, veterinary drugs, equipment, and materials;participate in the review of procurement contract prices, account periods,settlement terms, and payment conditions; participate in the establishment ofsupplier bidding, financial ratings, and control of procurement premiums andabnormal purchases.

采购业务财务管控：参与原料、兽药、设备、物资的比价、议价、定价复盘；参与审核采购合同价格、账期、结算条款、付款条件；参与建立供应商招投标，财务评级，管控采购溢价、异常采购。

• Industry and financecoordination and special project promotion: as a bridge between finance andsupply chain, coordinate procurement, field manager, warehousing to land costtargets; follow up on special projects such as price locking, consumables optimization,inventory management, and supply chain cost reduction; assist in newintroduction projects, technical transformation projects, supply chainfinancial calculation and review; help farms transform from cost units toprofit units

业财协同与专项推进：作为财务与供应链的桥梁，协同采购、场长、仓储落地成本目标；跟进集采锁价、耗材优化、库存治理、供应链降本专项；协助新引种项目、技改项目供应链财务测算和复盘；帮助农场从成本单元向盈利单元转化

• Budgetand forecasting support: assist in the preparation of annual cost budgets,track budget implementation, and analyze the reasons for actual and budgetvariances. Participate in quarterly rolling forecasts and provide cost-relatedforecast data.

预算与预测支持：协助编制年度成本预算，跟踪预算执行情况，分析实际与预算差异原因。参与季度滚动预测，提供成本相关的预测数据。

• Farmasset management: responsible for monthly inventory and account verification ofraw materials, veterinary drugs, spare parts, and low-value consumables;monitoring inventory turnover and temporary sluggish materials, promotingclean-up and disposal, and rationally accounting for price declines;standardizing the process of receiving materials, entering and leavingwarehouses, and preventing material waste and asset loss.

农场资产管理：负责原料、兽药、备品备件、低值易耗品月度盘点、账实核对；监控库存周转、临期呆滞物料，推动清理处置、合理计提跌价；规范物资领用、出入库流程，防范物资浪费与资产流失。

• Internalcontrol support: sort out the whole process of procurement, warehousing,receipt, transfer and settlement, and investigate business loopholes and risksof corruptive practices; implement hierarchical approval, closed-loopdocuments, and business compliance requirements; connect with headquartersfinance and internal audit to ensure that business, accounts, and taxation areconsistent. Cooperate with headquarters to regularly carry out training oncompany systems and processes to ensure effective farm compliance.

内控支持：梳理采购、入库、领用、调运、结算全流程，排查业务漏洞与舞弊风险；落实分级审批、单据闭环、业务合规要求；对接总部财务、内审，保证业务、账务、税务口径一致。协同总部定期开展公司制度和流程的培训工作，确保农场事宜合规有效开展。

• Dataledger and system maintenance: Maintain ERP business data to ensure that pigs,inventory, and financial data are of the same origin.

数据台账与系统维护：维护 ERP 业务数据，确保猪只、库存、财务数据同源无差异。

• Specialprojects and budget (10%): calibration of pig flow and farm consumption in thebudget process; reduction of costs for special projects

• Internalcontrol risk (20%): Zero occurrence of major corruptive practices/compliancerisks in the supply chain, and completion rate of process optimization
