Job Description 岗位职责

- 负责各农场建设项目的实施，从项目准备、方案规划到土建施工

Responsible for the implementation of different farm construction projects, from project preparation, program planning to civil construction

- 管理协调不同的项目

Manage and coordinate the different projects

- 提供技术支持和解决方案，确保安装作业现场的沟通与协调

Provide the technic support and solutions, ensure the connection between the equipment and civil works at job site

- 优化工作流程，解决作业现场遇到的问题

Optimize the work procedure and resolve the problems encountered at the sites

- 确保实施科普利信技术标准与农场建设标准

Ensure implementation of the technical standars and farm construction standards of Cooperl

Requirements 岗位要求

- 土木工程/机械工程专业，本科学历

Bachelor degree, major in civil engineering / mechanical engineering

- 5年农场建设经验，2年项目管理经验

At least 5yrs of farm construction experience, 2yrs of project management experience

- 适应出差

Adapt to business trips / work at sites across China

- 执行力强，良好的解决问题的能力及沟通技巧

Good execution ability, problem-solving ability and communication skills

- 英语流利优先考虑

Fluent English is preferred

- 外企工作经历优先考虑

Experience in foreign company will be a plus
