Function and responsibility/职能与职责

l Ruminant sales specialist will be responsible for expanding marketshare and boosting sales and profitability of ruminant farm minerals, imported relatedproducts in China.

l 负责反刍预混料及进口相关产品的市场拓展、销售及售后的技术服务，完成公司下达的销售任务；

l Distribution contracts, determine channels to market, distributorcriteria, selection, contracting, execution。

l 建立并管理销售渠道，选择合适经销商，签订经销商合同，并管理执行。

l Collect market information, such as competitors and customers tocontribute from a customer and sales perspective to develop the right salesstrategy.

l 收集市场及客户信息，如竞争对手产品类型，特征及价格等，以便建立并执行正确的销售策略、市场计划。

Qualifications and experience/ 所需资历

l BCs or MSc in animal nutrition, agri business or equivalent.

l 专科，本科或硕士学历，动物营养或兽医及相关专业。

l At least 1 years’ sales experience.

l 至少1年以上销售经验。

l Willingness to travel (80% of your time), and it’s better less than 40years old.

l 适应长期出差, 最好年龄40岁以下。
