岗位职责:

Position: KH China Country Manager
Reports to: KH China Director
Locations : Shanghai
Direct reports；3 - 8 persons

Overview: The Country Manager is responsible to implement and adapt Kemin Health(KH)’s global Strategy and responsible overall financial results for KH China Business. This position will work with KH global management team to establish long-range goals, implement strategies, and grow the business in their China region. This position will report to the KH China Director.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for the overall financial results for the KH China business;
2.Developing & executing of KH’s global strategy, with a local approach to achieve KH long-term strategic objectives;
3.Ability to make key industry contacts and build relationships in the China nutraceutical and dietary supplements market;
4.Ensure each functional department’s sub-strategy is developed and aligned to support the overall KH China strategy,
5.Drive business growth through business development opportunities, i.e.. acquisition, licensing, strategic customer partnerships, etc.;
6.In conjunction with the commercial team, development of a robust key customer account strategy;
7.Work with regulatory to define the entry and registration strategy
8.Curator of the KH China team’s engagement strategy and succession planning;
9. Ability to make decisions and articulate strategy to top management;
10.Shows appetite for growth and expansion of business;
11.Collaborate across all Kemin companies in China for a One Kemin spirit.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or another related field;
2.5-10 years of previous sales experience with at least 3 years of experience in managing at least one other functional field (i.e. marketing, R&D, technical, etc.)
3.Understand the China nutraceutical and dietary supplements or pharmaceutical market with
4.demonstrated leadership experience in the industry.
5.Demonstrated success in business growth and achieving financial targets.
6.Management experience across multiple businss functions required and with an international company preferred;
7.Successful background in employee selection and development;
8.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
9.Willingness to travel

TRAVEL:
1.At a minimum, 50% domestic and ~10% international travel required.
