岗位职责:

Overall Function:
The Finance Manager’s principal responsibilities are to support Kemin’s joint venture company in China on costing management, forecasting, budgeting, auditing and detailed analysis of financial and business data to provide management with insights into business performance and trends.

Major responsibilities :
•Responsible for the further integration between JV and Kemin
•Responsible for costing control and analysis, work with operations of JV on costing process improvement
•Responsible for transfer pricing between JV and other Kemin company
•Responsible for JV’s monthly report in planful
•Review and provide analysis of the monthly performance of JV in China in terms of overall financial performance, product performance
•Responsible for the quarterly and monthly forecasts of JV in China
•Responsible for the annual budget process for JV in China
•Responsible for the internal audit and annual audit for JV in China
•Provide financial and business insights and make management recommendations to the board
•Conduct effective audit of the JV operations in the case of Kemin holding a minority share (e.g. CRVAB)
•Responsible for implementing outcomes of the board meeting and management meeting.
•Financial analysis for Pan China
•Necessary support on the financial analysis of secondary plant
•Assist the VP finance in ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications & Experience
•An accounting or economic degree and master degree or CPA is preferred
•4 to 6 years of relevant working experience and at least 3 years of working experience in a multinational company or manufacturing environment in an analyst role.
•Highly energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Know well on related laws and regulations of accounting, customs, tax and foreign exchange control
•Skillful Microsoft office sofeware and especially in Excel, power BI and power point
•Fluent English skill

Working Conditions: This position is based in Zhuhai. The position is considered to be normal office hours per week. but requires tremendous flexibility and may require the incumbent to accomplish additional work at home.
