Responsibilities/岗位职责
Dedicateon recruiting process to support HR team to fulfill the hiring plan
Conductdaily sourcing on external job board to search the qualified resumes accordingto hiring needs
Conductpre-screening through phone interview to filter out the qualified candidates tohiring manager for interview
Collectinterview feedback from hiring manager to summarize on how to improve sourcingand screening successful rate
Builda recruiting master tracking report with guidance from line manager and ensurethe data is to be updated timely
Othertasks assigned by line manager
致力于招聘流程,支持人力资源团队完成招聘计划;
根据招聘需求进行日常招聘,搜寻符合要求的简历;
通过电话面试进行初步筛选,挑选合格的候选人,推荐给招聘经理经行面试;
收集招聘经理的面试反馈,总结如何提高招聘的筛选成功率;
在直属经理的指导下建立招聘跟踪报告,并确保数据及时更新;
完成直属经理安排的其他工作
The Candidate 任职要求
Undergraduateor postgraduate in the last year in university, technical major or related is aplus
Proficientin office and other office software
Atleast 4 days working per week in the company
Positive,proactive, patient, practical, efficient and good at communication
Englishreading and writing is a must, listening and speaking is a plus
本科或研究生在读,技能业或相关专业优先
熟练使用office等办公软件,
每周保证实习4个工作日及以上
积极、主动、耐心、踏实、高效、善于沟通
具备一定的英语读写能力,听说能力较好者优先
