1.Sales Profit created in the Swine segment within the region.
2.Driving and executing portfolio of nutritional solutions for swine within the region, and improve the commercialization thereof.
3.Translating nutritional and scientific advances and best practices into (improved) products, models and services that sustain the Trouw Nutrition application leadership;
4.Supporting the Swine Portfolio Manager and the Global Marketing Team in defining and maintaining the regional Swine portfolio of nutritional solutions (products, models, services) per focus market segment in close consultation with product, model and service managers and the business;
5.Improving the knowledge level of technical and commercial teams in the business. Providing technical and marketing support and training; “Train the Trainer”;
6.Be directly involved with large key-accounts where necessary;
7.Interfacing between local marketplace and global innovation and marketing teams;
