职责一: 收集本区域竞争对手产品数据、售价、营销模式、销量、标杆养殖场使用效果等资料;
职责二: 依据本区域养殖特性、用料特性制订整体性销售方案、策略和激励机制,拓展本区域销量,全面完成本区域销量计划;
职责三: 借助生猪采购场厂对接优势,直接对接规模猪场大客户,实施谈判、攻关、业务推进,客情维护;

职责五: 主持本区域销售会议,检讨日常营销工作,对市场进行分析,制订月度、季度、年度目标达成率、提升率,及达成目标的措施和激励,凝聚向心力。
职责六: 尽可能进行现款销售,认真对客户信用额度的审核,保证资金安全;
职责七: 负责品牌、价格管理,协调处理业务冲突。
