岗位职责:
Overview:
The Platform Manager will be an integral part of the commercial team, focuses mainly on protein segment (meat, poultry & seafood) for Asia market. In this role, you will be responsible in the creation of strategies and market plans to drive sales and profitability of the specialty protein platform. You are given the opportunity to lead the overall management, commercialization, integration plan for designated products, supporting the span of the product’s lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Platform Integration
1.Work closely with the global specialty proteins platform team to lead technology transfer and commercialization process in Asia region.
2.Collaborate with regulatory affairs to develop market penetration strategy and execute plans to support expansion and growth.
3.Construct feasibility study and coordinate with engineer, operation and QA/QC to determined production facility within Asia.
4.Devise specialty protein platform’s go-to-market strategy and oversee product line lifecycles from strategic planning to tactical activities within Asia region
5.Conduct market analysis to monitor competitive products, sales, share and marketing activities; deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth.
Innovation & Expansion
1.Work with the cross-functional team to develop innovative solutions and expand platform offerings and pricing strategy to maximize market share and gross margin growth on an annual basis and exceed revenue/gross margin targets.
2.Participate in the Product Innovation Process through new product concept submissions as well as championing products through the process to launchMarketing & Communication
1.Develop and manage a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
2.Coordinate product application studies with technical team to further strengthen product story through product research initiatives.
3.Translate technical research data into engaging sales tools and marketing collaterals.
4.Provide marketing expertise, support, and education to the entire commercial team for successful sales outcomes.
5.Foster relationship with the industry to develop understanding of customer brands, strategies, and market dynamics

1.Experience as an effective project team player and possess the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with peers and all levels of management.
2.A good understanding of the chemical and biological sciences as they apply to the production of company specific products.
3.Must be proactive, self-motivated, business-minded manager with a broad scientific/technical aptitude base who is able to provide product leadership, set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and meet timetables leading to the attainment of growth goals.
4.Strong financial skills; especially the ability to analytically evaluate and understand product costs, margin, pricing and market share.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
6.Requires a marketing mentality combined with marketing training and experience as it relates to marketing products in the industry.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree, in Marketing/Science/Food Technology/Chemistry or any other related disciplines;
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in food ingredient industry;
3.Knowledge of portfolio management in additives or food ingredients;
4.Technical knowledge in protein (meat and poultry) segment is an advantage
5.Fluent in English and Mandarin is important for this role
