Job Title: Key Account Manager, Specialty Products Taiwan
Report to: Director, Core Products GC & Taiwan
Business Unit: ANH
Location: Taiwan
The Purpose:
- Develop and manage our sales of specialty products in Taiwan market to meet our defined business goals.
The Position:
- Be fully responsible for sales and promotion of our specialty products via providing solutions to our customers in Taiwan.
- Together with Senior Account Manager, co-manage key accounts professionally via KAM.
- In line with ANH department target, implement all necessary measures to achieve agreed target.
- Handle day-to-day sales operations (orders, deliveries, payment collection, customers’ complaints, etc) for designated accounts.
- Establish the positive relationship with all key customers, authorities and opinion leaders.
- Collect and maintain competitive and market intelligence data according to region guideline and the instruction from ANH Manager.
The Ideal:
- 3+ years experience in sales and/or marketing preferably within the associated industry/ market.
- Profound experience in sales and marketing.
- Able to operate at all levels of organization.
- Profound understanding of the industry trends, product knowledge, own and competitive strengths is definitely an advantage.
- Bachelor degree in animal science (animal husbandry, veterinary, aqua culture).
- Master or other advanced degree preferred.
- Sound knowledge of feed and animal markets as well as Feed Additive and feed premix business in Taiwan.
- Strong managerial, negotiation and problem solving skill with good key account management skill.
- Excellent sales track record.
- Pragmatic with good self-organization skills.
- Good team work Player and able to work under pressure.
- Good English and Mandarina level.
