General
1.Ensure accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books.
2.Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information.
3.Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and also by following good scientific, laboratory practices.
4.Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company

Educational Qualification:

1. PhD in relevant area or master’s degree in science with minimum 5 years of research experience

Skills Required:
1.Strong knowledge in basic science and area of specialization.
2.Excellent knowledge in Project management
3.Hands on experience in carrying out laboratory research and animal trials
4.Basic knowledge on Computer and Proficiency in MS-Office
5.Technical writing in English
6.Presentation and interpersonal skills
7.Strong commitment and sense of urgency
8.People management skills
