Educational Qualification ：
1. Master degree in science with specialization in microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with minimum 1 year of research experience.

Skills Required：
1. Strong knowledge in basic science and in the area of specialization.
2. Hands on experience in carrying out laboratory research
3. Basic knowledge on Computer-word, PP, Excel
4. Technical writing in English
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

General:

1.Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books and other forms as required.
2.Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information.
3.Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and also by following good scientific and laboratory practices.
4.Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company.
