1.Report to the Sales Manager, focus on sales execution to ensure targets are met.
2.Responsible for the sales deliverables, and non-financial objectives in the assigned area.
3.Manage distributors and retailers. Collaborate with distributor to service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
4.Conduct product knowledge training, sales training to distributors and retailers. Support sales manager with the area sales planning and forecasting to ensure healthy sell in and sell out.
5.Provide customers with sales technical support and sales services.
6.Contact prospective customers and build positive relationship that will generate future sales and repeat business.
7.Conduct sales planning and responsible for distributor sales phasing and forecasting. Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential sales opportunities.
